How does my store get education & merchandising materials?
Heritage has its own new platform to support retail stores with digital assets and direct-to-order trade marketing materials on heritageretail.ca!
Retailers need an access code to log in to the retail portal and use the contact list to find their territory rep.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No, we do not currently require any minimums so you can order as little as 1 case!
What is the lead time to receive our order?
Due to increased volumes and the Canada Post Strike - Your order will ship within 3 business days after payment has been received. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after payment is received
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments via e-transfer (details provided during checkout). Our team is working hard to integrate additional payment options for the future. We cannot currently accept Credit Card payments according to BC Regulations.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over 3 cases include shipping. For orders of fewer than 3 cases, a $15.00 flat-rate shipping fee will be charged.
What carriers do you use?
We ship via Purolator as they offer the fastest service to the widest service area.
